Public Image
Public Image is essential to Rotary‘s future. It not only informs the community that Rotary is a credible organisation that meets real needs, but also motivates Rotarians to be active members of your Club and District. Every Rotary Club needs a Public Image plan to publicise its service activities through the various local media.
Through effective Public Image Clubs are able to:
- Gain support and resources for projects
- Build links with other community organisations
- Attract qualified candidates for membership
- Recognise Rotary Club members for their contributions to the community
The District Public Image Committee coordinates national PR initiatives across the District. It can also directly help your Club with practical ideas and assistance to get your messages and activities heard and seen in your community media.
